package.index_invalid

Package's index is missing, or holds what an index can't.

Area 11, External services; not declinable; the next step is usually the agent's.

A package's index is a /// description and two keys, licence: and jadpo:. Packages have no dependencies, so it has no requires::

example
/// Acme Couriers' booking API.package AcmeCouriers.v1 {    licence: Licence.mit    jadpo: "1.0"    requires: [Postcodes.v2]}
