translation.stale
A translation was made from default wording that has changed.
Area 10, Configuration and time; not declinable; the next step is usually the agent's.
A translation is made from the default locale's wording, and jadpo translations update records which. When the default wording changes the translation may no longer say the same thing, so it is an error until it is translated again; a locale listed in in_progress: is listed by jadpo translations missing instead.
