Domains instead of modules

Jadpo has no modules. A domain owns everything in it, and it is the boundary of what other code can see: a declaration is private to its domain unless it is marked public.

A call into another domain names that domain, as in inventory.reserve_stock(...). Each file says where its other names come from on use lines at its top. See Ownership and calls replace modules and Imports.
